A multi national service industry in marine inspections, oil and gas, and certification is URGENTLY looking for the perfect individuals to fill the following position for their Indonesian office:
HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER
Requirement:
- Tertiary Degree with a post graduate diploma in HR
- Minimum of 5 years HR management experience
- Generalist HR knowledge and relevant skills i.e. Recruitment, training, organizational development, IR etc.
- PC literate (MS office)
- Excellent organizational ability
- Strategic problem solving and decision making skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and presentation skills
- People management skills
