Our Client, contractor for oil & gas is searching for HR Assistant who live in Balikpapan
with the followed requirement:
- Male
- Age min. 30 years old
- Bachelor Degree majoring Law, Physiology or related discipline
- Has min 4 years of working experience in oil & gas company
- Experienced in recruitment and training, monitoring all employee permit work, handling performance appraisal, maintain industrial relation
- Experienced in performing general affair duty
- Has good leadership and communication skill
- Willing to work at Kalimantan
