We need engineers to reinforce oil and gas surface operation supports in East Kalimantan .
About the Job
1. Day to day support for surface facilities operations, act as key link between site operation and Balikpapan technical departments
2. Analyse operating problems, unplanned shutdowns and incidents, then define and follow corrective actions
3. Integration of surface facilities modification and new projects into existing facilities
4. Follow production operation performance indicator and suggest corrective actions
5. Follow siteÂ’s HSE performance and audits
6. Initiate risk assessment and elaborate dossier for complex intervention involving maintenance, construction, drilling or well interventions
7. Assist hierarchy in managing production service contracts
Profile required
1. Male or Female, BS/MS degree in Chemical Engineering.
2. Work experienced 3 – 5 years, as process engineer in oil and gas operator or as process engineer in EPC company with major oil gas company as client
3. Familiar with process design activities and softwareÂ’s, as well as HAZID and HAZOP exercises
4. Advantage for those with some knowledge on project commissioning
5. Advantage for those with some knowledge on drilling and well interventions
6. Fluent in English (speaking and writing)
7. Wiling to work in Balikpapan and frequent visit to sites
