As a leader in the oilfield services industry, Baker Hughes offers opportunities for qualified people who want to grow in our high performance organization. We are currently seeking Reporting & Compliance Accountant and Invoicing Officer for our Baker Oil Tools Division in Jakarta, Indonesia.
1. Reporting & Compliance Accountant / R & C ( Requisition ID : 13059 )
Responsibilities :
• Oversee day to day activities of the accounting function including monthly closing, billing/ accounts receivable, collections, accounts payable, fixed assets, inventory, financial analysis, regulatory reporting and general accounting.
• Ensure that all accounting is performed in accordance with US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and in compliance with Company and statutory guidelines.
• Act as the immediate contact with the company’s auditors on accounting matters and participate / coordinate external audits.
2. Invoicing Officer / IO ( Requisition ID : 13310 )
Responsibilities :
• Ensure that all invoices, tax invoices, credit notes are accurate and submitted to customers on a timely bases.
• Perform close monitoring over collections of receivable
• Responsible for performance of credit limit review and approval process
• Maintain full cycle of sales processing module in system.
Requirements :
• Bachelor or Graduate degree in Accounting from a reputable university ( 1 & 2)
• At least 5 years working experience in multi national organization ( 1 & 2 )
• Excellent skill in MS Office & English ( oral & written ) ( 1 & 2 )
• Strong communication skill ( 1 & 2 )
• CPA qualification and familiarity with SOX & Hyperion reporting system will be an advantage (1)
