Currently we are working with a well respected Multi-national Mining company who are searching for an outstanding candidate for the following position:
1. Operation Director (OPD)
Responsibility: managing the overall activities of a large coal mining company with several mine sites across Indonesia.
Requirement:
- Minimal 5 years experience
- Currently hold a managerial position in Coal Mining Industry
- Min. S1 from reputable university, S2 will be advantages
- Proactive, a self starter with strong leadership capabilities
- Fluent in English both written and speaking
- Good understanding of financial matters
- Expert in coal mining operation activities, setting up SOP,mine planning, exploration, logistic and administration aspects
- Willing to travel remote area
2. Technical Director (TD)
Responsibility: managing the technical department of a large coal mining company
Requirements:
- Minimal 5 years experience
- Minimal S1 from reputable university, S2 will be advantages
- Currently hold managerial position in Coal Mining Company
- Proactive, a self starter with strong leadership capabilities
- Fluent in English both written and speaking
- Expert in analyzing potential KP/PKP2B as for target acquisition, joint operation or joint venture
- Willing to travel remote area
- Possess strong knowledge in cost benefit analysis and business valuation
3. Port Manager (PM)
Responsibility: port operation, transshipment, shipping documentation, scheduling, port logistic etc.
Requirements:
- Graduate from Sea Transport Academy
- Minimal 3 years experience in the same position
- Willing to relocate outside Jakarta
- Great knowledge of port operation
- Good English written and Speaking
4. Senior Mine Engineer (SME)
Responsibility: Mine planning and development, including coal production schedule, blasting operations, equipment and manpower utilization.
Requirements:
- Min S1 Mine engineer from reputable University
- Minimal 5 years experience in the same area
- Willing to relocate to remote area
- Having good knowledge and skill in operating mining modeling program such as SURPAC/MINEX/MINCOM
5. Logistic GM (LGM)
Responsibility : Managing logistic, stockpile, chrushing, port and barging operation
Requirements:
- graduated from any discipline, S2 Degree will be advantage
- Minimum 5 years experience and currently hold a managerial position for the same position in Coal Mining Company
- Good understanding of financial matters
6. Senior Geologist (SG)
Responsibility: Coordinating and supervising field works such as geochemical sampling, mapping and drilling.
Requirements:
- Minimum S1 Geologist
- Minimun 5 years experience in Mining
- Willing to relocate
- Expert in planning and selecting the new exploration activities and project target
- Able to ensure the activities of all exploration follow the SOP and are preformed in the most effective and efficient manner.
