A Leading Geophysical company has opportunities for experienced land seismic crew personnel. Applicants must have at least 3 years relevant experience working on land seismic crews.
Mechanic / Vibrator Technician
Candidates will be responsible for maximum uptime of mechanical components such as engines, transmissions, drive gear, hydraulic systems & electronic controls with light / heavy vehicles & vibrators.
Observers / Instrument Technician
Candidates should have a least a Diploma in Electronics / Electrical Engineering and will be expected to be technically proficient in the operations, troubleshooting and maintenance of Seismic Acquisition systems and equipment.
Field Geophysicist / QC
Candidates should have a University Degree in Geophysics / Physics and will be expected to be technically proficient in running infield processing and seismic data quality control.
Land Surveyor
Candidates should have at least a Diploma in Surveying and Geodesy and will be expected to be proficient in GPS theory & practice and in mapping software.
Candidates will normally work a 6 week on 3 week off rotation & must be fluent in oral and written English with Computer Literacy a must.
