fill the post of:
Head Division Production – Cikarang (222-02)
Main responsibility:
Manage over all production activities to achieve company target in
quantity and quality and reporting to Sr. Production Manager
Requirements:
1. Male/Female, 30 - 35 years old
2. Bachelor degree (S1) in Engineering Background
3. Has at least 5 years working experience for Printing company
with at least 2 years in managerial level in production field
4. Familiar in Lean Manufacturing Process, GMP, HACCP, Supply Chain Management, and Quality Management System, JIT and ISO
5. Understanding Export/Import Procedure
6. Understanding how to handling shop floor and people more than 50 employee
7. Good relation ship, have skill supervisory management, presentation technique skill and problem solving.
8. Active in English is a must
