Our Client, a Multinational Cigarette Manufacturer, is urgently seeking dynamic professionals to strengthen their growing team.
We invite qualified executives to fill the following position:
HR FACILITY EXECUTIVE
(GENERAL AFFAIRS)
Main Requirements:
· Minimum Bachelor Degree, preferably majoring in Business Administration from a reputable university.
· Minimum 1 ? 2 years of relevant experience in Human Resource, Facility and Asset Management.
· Excellent computer skills (Word and Excel).
· Male / Female
Main Responsibilities:
· Implement the company?s General Affairs procedure and policy so that its GA function is more efficient, effective and controllable.
· Conduct project analysis, prepare and control budget, control building facilities and manage all motor vehicles within the company as per company requirements in an effective and efficient manner.
· Undertake the management and supervision of head office facilities maintenance and general affairs.
· Ensure an effective facility and fleet budget preparation including the control mechanism of both.
· Ensure efficient traffic movement of non-sales and operations materials to meet company?s requirement (time and cost) such as document handling, etc.
· Ensure appropriate maintenance of company vehicles is performed by appointed workshops (including dealing with authorize dealers for spare parts guarantee).
· Implement environment, health and safety regulations in head office.
