Our Client, a Multinational Pharmaceutical and Consumer Healthcare Manufacturing Company, is urgently seeking for dynamic professionals to strengthen their management team. We invite qualified executives to fill in for the following position:
- HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER -
Main Responsibilities:
· Lead Human Resource function in one of the business unit (Recruitment, Talent Mapping, Performance Review, Industrial Relation and Change Management).
· Involved as a change agent for respective business unit.
Qualifications:
· Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management
· Has 2 significant years as Human Resource Manager handling full scope of Human Resource functions
· Experience in Organizational Development is an advantage
· Matured and communicative
· Able to work with multi stakeholders
· Age maximum 37 years old.
Salary : About Rp. 15,000,000, - Rp. 20,000,000,- / month (gross) + Car
