Responsibilities:
- Key focus of this position will be handle coordination and activity of HR operation and function at one of factory. Especially have an experience as HR Supervisor / Ass. Manager at factory / corporate.
- The work covers: control all HR activity and program at field operation and draft/design HR program for several HR aspect.
- Selected candidate for this position will be work as Supervisor / Head of HR Section that’s coordinate and responsible of HR activities & programs at job location. Work 6 day a week.
Requirements:
- Education : Minimum Bachelor Degree from reputable university/institute, preferable Law or Psychology
- Gender : Male
- Age : 28 until 35 years old
- Experience : More than 3 years in HR Factory, with 1 years as HR Spv. / Ass. Manager position.
- Skill & knowledge : Manpower regulation, Employee/Industrial Relation, People Development, General HR aspect
- Language : Active in English both written & oral
- The position is based in JABOTABEK
