We are a market leader in the metal packaging industry based in Jakarta. Currently, we are seeking a highly qualified candidate to fill the management position int his company as:
HRD & GA MANAGER
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1 Manages & maintain HR daily activities & submit report to Vice President Director.
2 Manages the system, policy and procedures for employee & industrial relation throughout the company.
3 Develop and conduct HR processes include organization development, recruitment and selection, performance appraisal, compensation and benefits.
4 Planning all necessary actions in order to solve problems that may arise in the field of HR arrive at working solution.
5 Defines & follow up training strategy for business improvement.
JOB REQUIREMENT:
1 Male or female. Max 40 years old.
2 University graduate from management, psychology or law.
3 Minimum 4 years experience in the same position preferred at manufacture industry.
4 Good skill about training, industrial relation, job evaluation, recruitment, payroll and generic affairs.
5 Strong leadership, good strategic and analytical thinking.
6 Strong relation with middle to high level business.
7 Strong in business motivation and able to work independently.
8 Fluent in English (spoken & written).
