Work Experience:
· 4-6 years solid experience with strong marketing/brand management background, from the fast Moving Customer Goods Industry on the Manufacturing side.
· Multi-faceted marketing experience in ATL/Advertising, PR, Events and Sponsorship Marketing.
· Experienced in below the line, and sales and trade marketing functions.
· Demonstrated ability to take a leadership role in the management of own marketing team as well as external agency partners (advertising, media, research, etc).
· Self-driven and passionate. Team player with strong leadership. Confident and mature.
· Creative, dynamic, and enthusiastic with energy, ambitious and a genuine ability to think laterally. Able to work effectively in a non-conventional environment while continuously exploring solutions.
· Result driven. Hands on with a detail-oriented mind, and committed to deliver quality result under pressure.
· Highly effective communication and presentation skills.
· Bi-lingual, fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Brand Manager Description
· The Brand Manager takes up the overall leadership and management role over the general marketing and business responsibilities for Indonesia.
· He/She oversees the whole marketing team setup, supported by a professional marketing team in sport and event management, consumer collection and brand marketing.
· As the leader, needs to ensure the appropriate marketing mix is in place to build the brand in accordance with its unique positioning, while achieving both qualitative and quantitative brand objective.
· Key challenge will be to explore and implement creative, innovative and outstanding brand initiatives that fill well the global marketing strategies in the most relevant local context.
· He/She also takes the lead in driving and managing the distribution partner to explore and implement outstanding sales and trade marketing initiatives.
· He/She will be required to travel domestically frequently.
