We are an injection and blowing plastic industry looking for qualified and competent personnel for the position of:
Supervisor HRD
Qualifications:
Male, Age 25-30 years
Min Bachelor degree of Law / Psychology
Min 3 years experiences in the same field
Good knowledge of HR Management
Good understanding of manpower regulation
Experience in handle Payroll, Jamsostek, medical claim, absent, employee files, overtime, and recruitment
Computer literate (MS Office, internet) and proficient in English (written & spoken)
Hard working, highly motivated, strong analytical thinking, independent and good Communication
