Our Client, a Major Multinational Paint Company, is urgently seeking for dynamic professionals to strengthen their management team. We invite qualified executives to fill in for the following position:
National Sales Manager
Main Job Responsibilities:
· Responsible for the Sales function in Indonesia
· Manage, motivate and develop the national sales organization
· Ensure the growth of our distribution and project-based business
· Propose and develop business plans and strategies for business development
· Create, implement and monitor programs of sales growth
Personal Requirements:
· Bachelor Degree or Post Graduate is preferable
· Minimum 7 years Sales Management experience
· Minimum 5 years experience in Coatings or Building Materials industry
· Minimum 7 years Man-Management experience ? with a proven track record
· Knowledge of the Project and Distribution sectors of the building materials industry
· Specific knowledge of Decorative Coating (or related products) would be a distinct advantage
· Excellent communication, presentation and relationship building skills
· Excellent Man-Management and motivational skills
· Sales and marketing expertise with a good understanding of commercial issues
· Highly computer literate with a working knowledge of all popular software packages
· English language skills (written and oral) would be a distinct advantage
· Willingness to travel both nationally and internationally
