Our client is a world-class producer of plastic packaging for cosmetics and perfumes based in Central Java. In line with its aggressive growth plan and to strengthen its senior management team, it seeks to recruit high calibre professionals with solid track-record in plastic injection moulding, to assume the following positions:
Production Manager - Injection Molding
Main tasks:
· Achieve results with establishment and follow-up programs and plans in order to assure the execution of production schedules and reach programs volumes and quality specification and within pre-determine costs parameters through work team and implementation of ZAP/GAP System
Environmental, Health and Safety Manager
Main tasks:
· Develop, implement & sustain plant specific policies, procedures and programs to achieve and maintain compliance with relevant laws and regulations.maintain working knowledge of federal, state, and local environmental, health and safety regulations and identify all requirements that apply to the facility
Industrial Engineering Section Head
Main tasks:
· Ensures product design engineering, participating to offer preparation, to feasibility studies, to give the “industrial” imprinting to the products definition; accountable for drawing room; standardizing the products parts; define the industrial cost of the product; establish manufacturing plans and assembly plans; help purchasing in evaluating sub contractors and suppliers; assure the technical continuous improvement; and be a permanent link between manufacturing and product development.
Maintenance Manager
Main tasks:
· Provide leadership to the Electrical, Mechanical and Utility Maintenance teams, including motivation, coaching and development; oversee, in support of business goals, the maintenance and up-keep of the company?s facility, to include production machines, fire protection systems and climate control systems. Creation and maintenance of department budgets; regulatory compliance (EHS, ISO 9000/14000, OHSAS 18000)
General Qualifications:
The appointee should be an Engineer; 30 to 40 years old, with at least 5 years experience in similar capacity. Good knowledge in Injection Plastic Molding; UV Coating, HVAC; electrical drives and PLC (programmable logic controls). Willing to be posted in Central Java.
