FINANCE CONTROLLER
The incumbent is responsible in assisting commercial organization by providing sound financial information/back-up; ensure high level of
the planning and actual reporting; ensure controls are in place especially with regard to Code of Conduct; review monthly financial
reports (profit and loss and balance sheet) and cost center information; support the external and internal audit process; consolidate, prepare and review all necessary information for planning process and all the planning schedules; support the General Manager in
the plan/update review; analyze and comment on the variance between actual and benchmark as requested by Region/Area HQ; provide sound financial advise to General Manager; prepare profitability and
investment analysis for commercial organization to make sound investment decision.
The incumbent will report to Finance Director
Experience & Job Knowledge Requirements:
-At least 3 years experience in Big “4″ Accounting firm and 3 years in MNC trading or manufacturing company.
-Ability to interact with Senior Management team, both local and of Parent Company abroad.
-Should have a working knowledge of financial planning processes.
-Good understanding of Indonesia GAAP.
-Working knowledge of direct and indirect tax laws as well as commercial laws and their application.
-Should be computer savvy with good command on using Common Business application software, like: BPCS, SAP, etc.
-Good command of English language.

Education Requirement:
- Bachelor of Accountancy Degree. CPA or Master Degree is preferable.
