Lowongan HR Manager
The qualifications are:
* Female / Male
* Age between 35 – 45 years old
* Preferably hold Master Degree from Business College
* Min. 5 Year of Managerial Experience in People Development, Competency Based Analysis, Compensation & Benefit, Network in HR/Management Consultant, and Industrial Relation
* Candidate must be come from Property, Property Management, Construction Industry
Job Description / Key Activities of the Candidate:
1. To develop HR system based on Matrix Cross Function
2. To make Compensation & Benefit structure
3. To make relationship with HR/Management Consultant
4. To make Competitor Analysis in terms of HR Function
5. To handle Industrial Relation matter in the company
