We are an established Developer at Cibubur looking for highly motivated people for positions :
1. Sr. Manager Estate ( SME )
2. Security Manager ( SE )
3. Strategic Planning & Controlling Staff ( SPC )
4. Accounting Staff ( ACC )
5. Sport Club Staff ( SC )
6. Customer Relation Sport Club ( CR )
7. Fitness Staff ( FS )
Requirements :
· Min S1 from any discipline education (1,2 ) min S1 from Civil Eng (3), min S1 from Accounting (4 ), min S1 fro Sport Education preferable (5), min D3 from any discipline education (6), min Senior High School (7)
· Male max 45 years old (1 & 2), male max 30 years old (5), male / female max 30 years old (3,4,6,7 )
· Min 3 years experience in Housing development Project as Estate Manager (1), min 5 years experience in security field (2), min 2 years experience in same field (5), min 1 years experience in same field (6,7 ), 0-1 years experience in same field (3&4)
· Able to manage security team (1&2)
· Able to manage and develop commercial area (1)
· Has good communication skills and able to handling complains (1,5,6)
· Able to communicate in English (1)
· Able to make relationship with community (1,2,5,6)
· Able to work on Sunday or public holiday ( 1,2,5,6,7)
· Familiar with MS Office (1-6)
· Has relationship with government, army and police (1&2)
· Familiar with Visio, MS Project, Access ( Advantage ) (3)
· Able to manage sport club operational ( swimming pool, gymnastic, event, promotion, etc ) (5)
· Able aerobic, step robic, weight tramp (7)
