We are from ERHA Inspiration, a recruitment consultancy. Our client, a Telecommunication Company in Jakarta , look for suitable candidates to fill the post of:
1. Project Director (Code PJDH)
Requirements:
1. Less than 45 years old
2. Master degree in Telecommunication/Electrical/Computer Science or related field.
3. Excellent in English is a must
4. Must have experience in Managing Service Projects, Effective O & M processes and procedures and also establish high quality work standards to manage customer network effectively.
5. Knowledge of vendor ? operator relationship to manage services
6. Have experience in areas of operation and maintenance function as HR Planning, budgeting, process design, facility management and familiar with service functions
7. Good knowledge in Service Process Management (e-TOM) will be preferred
8. Total over 10 years working experience in Telecom operations with > 5 years in Senior network operation management and around 2 years in Senior level of Services environment either with vendor or operator
9. Result oriented with good skills in leadership
10. Flexible and responsive to change work patterns and demands
11. Excellent communications and presentation skills, able to communicate effectively on an executive level
12. Highly developed consultative skills and performance driven
13. Excellent Business and Financial understanding
14. Good knowledge in IT business system and solutions
15. Customer oriented with good understanding of Indonesia Market Service providers
2. Account Manager (Code AMH ? 6 Persons)
Requirements:
1. Less than 40 years old
2. At least Bachelor degree in Telecommunication/Electrical/Computer Science or related field, Master degree is preferable.
3. Excellent in English is a must
4. Familiar with international trading, law, business management principles, credit collection, finance management, bidding procedures, etc.
5. High achievers who are ambitious, energetic, independent and able to work well in a fast paced changing environment
6. Have minimum 5 years experience in sales activity in telecommunication field
7. Strong knowledge and understanding for both telecom and mobile technology
3. Senior Marketing Manager (Code SMMH ? 1 Person)
Requirements:
1. Less than 40 years old
2. At least Bachelor degree in Telecommunication/Electrical/Computer Science or related field, Master degree is preferable.
3. Excellent in English is a must
4. Hands on skill and in depth knowledge in mobile network and UMTS/GPRS/GSM/CDMA/WIMAX
5. Good planning and business presentation skills
6. Have 3 ? 5 years experience in sales activity in telecommunication field
4. Senior Marketing Expert (Code SMEH ? 1 Person)
Requirements:
1. At least Bachelor degree in Telecommunication field, Master degree is preferable.
2. Excellent in English is a must
3. Familiar with telecom network infrastructure, product and services as well as with mainstream and emerging telecom technologies
4. Result oriented, persistent, customer focus and able to convince customer
5. Have 8 years telecom related, posses more than 2 foreign language is an advantage
