HR MANAGER
-To provide an independent and objectives personnel service to head office&store staff balancing the achievement of business objectives
and the interest of the individual.
-To direct and supervise the operating and administrative activities of head office&stores balancing the achievement of operating
efficiency and cost effectiveness,Ensure high state of morale, discipline and motivation among staff Work as a member of the senior team to ensure business objectives are achieved To be responsible for training and development activities
Requirements:
-Bachelor degree from reputable university.
-Min 4 years experience on similar position.
-Experience in training is an advantage.
-Good English and computer literate.
-Good interpersonal skill in dealing with people (with about 300-500 employees).
