A National Distributor of Guinness Beer is seeking for highly qualified individuals to join the Human Resources Team to meet the current and future growth for:
HUMAN RESOURCES SUPERVISOR
(at Medan , Ujung Pandang , Surabaya )
Manage HR functions and activities such as: recruitment, placement, employee relation, staffing, performance management, review and update description, HR System and procedure. Ensure the company’s compensation & benefit policy and practice is affordable, yet, competitive in the market and in support of the performance achievement of our employees
General Requirements:
* Male/Female ( 25-30 th)
* Minimum Bachelor / S1 Degree in Psychology/Law/HR Management with GPA min. 3.00
* Excellent knowledge of Indonesian Labour Laws and Regulation, industrial relation, personal matters, compensation and benefit, training development and performance management
* Min. 4 years experience in Human Resources
* Capable of financial budgetary and analysis management
* Able to work under pressure, motivate and brings the best out of people
* Computer literate
* Excellent verbal & written communication skill in English.
