We are turbo machinery workshop service located at Purwakarta, Jawa Barat.
Currently we are looking for a good candidate as BALANCING TECHNICIAN with the following requirement:
-Graduated from Senior Technical School (STM) and Min 8-10 years experience in balancing activities of turbo machinery (Steam Turbine, gas Turbine, compressor, pump, expander, etc).
-Or Graduate from Diploma in Mechanical with experience 5 years as balancing operator. He should have enough exposure in balancing high speed rotor and big size rotor.
-Understanding how to do calibration on Schenk type balancing Machine.
-Understand balancing standard (API 617 Compressor, API 610 Pump, API 616 Gas Turbine, etc).
-Understand the principle of vectors addition and subtraction. Also, he should understand half key concept.
-Understand the concept on static and dynamic balancing.
-Understand how to operate Overhead Crane and Heating Torches.
-Command verbal and in writing of the English language.
-General PC knowledge (Word and Excel).
-Good interpersonal skill & Good administration skill.
-ISO 9001 Requirements.
-ISO 14001 Requirements.
-Safety & Health Awareness.
-Hygiene Awareness.
-Familiar with measurement devices.
-Familiar with PPE.
