Controlling Officer (CO)
(Jawa Timur - Surabaya)
Responsibilities:
Main Function:
-Coordinate the whole accounting process as well as required and build services with cross functions. Will be direct report to Head of Controlling Dept.
Responsible For:
-Coordination of internal control procedures
-Design of a new control in production, purchasing departments
-Respect of group financial & accounting policies
-Analysis of gap between local practices & group policies
-Coordination of internal audit mission
Requirements:
-Hold Bachelor (S1) degree in Accounting.
-Good knowledge of finance & accounting principles and procedure
-Experienced of stock valuation (standard costing) and inventory mgt.
-Expert in operating costs control and reduction of purchases
-Experienced in preparing & analyzing financial reports (balance sheet, profit & loss, cash flow and budget)
-Understanding of different business cycles linked to business production, purchasing, sales, finance, payroll, warehouse
-Fluency in English – both oral and written
-Good interpersonal skills and strong analytical skills
-Prior experience in manufacturing is preferably and good knowledge of SAP
