We are seeking independent, self-motivated and result-driven individual to join us as:
TECHNICAL SALES SUPPORT ENGINEER
(Singapore)
Responsibilities:
-Provide hotline support to customer enquiries on technical issues.
-Visit sites to perform trouble shooting when necessary.
-Provide test and measurement instruments demonstrations and operational training.
-Provide simple applications support.
-Perform software/firmware upgrades to T&M instruments.
-Promote service contracts.
Requirements:
-Degree in Electronics/Communications Engineering with.
-at least 1 year’s experience in T&M Industry.
-Diploma in Electronics/Communications Engineering with.
-at least 3 years’ experience in T&M industry engineering.
-Strong service mindset, culture and qualities.
-Strong T&M and RF knowledge.
-Good interpersonal communication skills.
