NOC – Telco Performance Engineer (Code:TPE)
Qualification :
Have Basic Telecommunication Knowledge, especially in Performance Evaluation and Monitoring (Transmission, BSC,BTS RF)
Familiar with Programming Language such as C, Delphi, PHP, Perl, Database, and Computer Network
Telecommunication/IT/Computer Engineering Background
Job Desc :
Perform Transmission Network Elements Performance evaluation such as Microwave transmission performance, FO Transmission Performance, Leased Line/3rd party transmission performance
Perform Core Network Elements Performance Evaluation such as : BTS, BSC, and RF Performance
Perform BSS NEs / Transmission NEs occupancy/capacity analysis
Monitor and generate alerting if threshold value is reached and provide recommendation.
Monitor and Generate alerting if there is anomaly BSS NEs/Transmission NEs performance statistics/trend and provide recommendation
Provide routine and demand report
