Our client, one of multinational coal mining company located in Central Kalimantan is looking for a high caliber candidate to be assigned as :
Deputy Mine Operation Manager
Qualifications and Experience :
-Tertiary Qualifications (Degree) in Mining Engineering.
-Minimum 15 years relevant practical experience in:
-Surface Mining Operations in a planning and supervisory capacity.
-Mine Supervision Experience.
Advantage to have:
-Experience working with Mining Contractors.
-Analytical and problem solving skills.
-Experience managing mining departments.
-First Aid Certificate.
-Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power-point.
Key requirements :
-Bachelor / Master Degree from reputable university in Mining Engineering.
-Mid thirty to forty years old, and to be located at Site ( Remote area ).
-Having at least 10 years experiences in the in coal mining industry.
-Superior communication skills in Indonesia and English (oral and written ) and possesses the ability to communicate and manage relationships with a wide range of people.
-Strong leadership, analytical skill, results oriented and able to work in a team.
