A Rapid-growing holding company is seeking out professionals for following positions :
General Manager in Finance & Administration
The incumbents shall be accountable for wide areas of work, such as Finance, Accounting, Human Resources Development, and General Affairs. A strong background in finance and tax is a prerequisite. A comprehensive knowledge and skill in general management is also essential. He/ She should be not more than 45 years old experienced for at least 5 years as a Finance Manager, and equipped with proficiency in English. Expertise in corporate banking and investment as well as in hospitality industry is favored.
Financial Analyst
The incumbents shall be responsible for extensive tasks: Finance & Accounting, Tax, General Management and Business Development. Therefore, we need experienced candidates in financial planning & analyzing, evidently with a competence in entrepreneurship. He / She should be less than 40 years old has been performing as a financial and business consultant for at least 3 years. A skill in supervising subsidiary or sister companies is preferred.
Legal Staff
The incumbents shall be working with legal matters, such as : legal drafting, legal advice and application of corporate law/regulation. Female candidates are preferably, with age not more than 25 years old. Proficiency in English and computer, as well as a one year experience are very important.
