Batam Rep. Office Head (BROH) - Batam Based

Main Duties & Responsibilities
- To manage the Rep Office
- To handle the procurement of goods and services required by the company from in Batam & Singapore
- To market company products and services in Batam

Specific qualifications
- Male/Female, between 30 and 45 years
- Bachelor degree in Engineering from a reputable university
- At least 2 years successful experience at supervisory level
- Ability to manage a small office

Office Secretary (OS) ? Batam Based

Main Duties & Responsibilities
- To provide secretarial services
- To handle the petty cash
- To handle the Rep Office formalities

Specific qualifications
- Female/Male, maximum 30 years
- D3 degree from a reputable institution
- Minimum. 2 years experience as a Secretary

General Qualifications for both positions
- High integrity and achievement motivation
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively work independently and in a team
- Ability to effectively communicate in English both verbal & written
- Ability to effectively operate a computer

Remuneration
An attractive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate.
